It has nothing to do with any of the reasons you just stated. However i can conclude you do not even know what a GSD is, so i won't bother trying to explain to you. It's your dog, you call it whatever and it will be that to you.

yes ke.... a white socks disqualifies it as a GSD and fallen ears r considered faults in d breed... so, as u said, what u have is truly not a GSD...
