I have this application running on my system.Each time I put an independent key store file the app reject it.When I try to use the app to create a key it brings about that error. I can't see the apk been developed unless I solve this challenge.I have downloaded an jdk already and run it...Please your knowledge is highly welcome and appreciated.Thank you.

Use a debugger and single step until the exception is thrown.

Dont use java but from your error message make sure your class exists, there is no typo where you reference it and you imported it correctly before using

Okay thank you but Java is sometimes confusing this is a configuration problem not necessarily a programming challenge which can be debug to clear an error.I just want to know what is missing during configuration .I might be wrong but please do well to enlighten me..

Bleep. Then I should have kept shut. Don't know how to deal with these kind of problems because number one I am not fond of Java in fact I look down on it number two even in all my days of using C# (Java's supposed rival) I have never encountered this kind of problem, this is one problem with using so many frameworks, libraries and tools when an exception is thrown you won't even know where to start from.

The program is looking for class, CertAndKeyGen at sun/security/x509/CertAndKeyGen but it's not there. The class was moved to sun.security.tools.keytool.CertAndKeyGen in JDK 8.

Which JDK version are you working with?

I observed there is a missing class. Check your main method and check if you are trying to create an object of a class you didn't create.

Can you do us a favor by posting the source code?

Thanks solve all I did was downgrade the Jre
