Nope, it will rather disqualify you since that negates their application instruction(s). You can kindly chat them up and request they reopen the portal for a further adjustment (since the application has not closed).

Honestly, I don't know about commonwealth shared...was talking about the commonwealth.

But since the scholarships are administered by the same body (British Council), the list will probably be shortlisted same time for the new academic session (2020/2021).

Commonwealth is slightly different, usually comes out march because it is the University that first nominates then submits the candidate to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission so it can be slightly earlier than Commonwealth

How can you select schools that are not on the PTDF page? if the schools are on the portal then they should be on PTDF's page
