1xbet is now a scam company, stay away from them, I try to withdraw N20,000 from my account but no way, and today is not my first time of withdrawing from them I have been withdrawing before. Somebody told me same thing before I said it is a lie but now it has happened to me. I have contacted them they are telling me to contact another section when I do they still tell me to contact another department and they are tossing me here and there.

What do I do to get my money back?

just keep bombarding them with messages ,they will resolve the issue.Their operation is quite different from other bookies.

They are really scam company now, I tried to withdraw my 21k but they refuse to give me OTP code,I tried to call them but every customer care that I make contact with always give me different option that is not contradicting with what I need

They later paid me when I disturbed them continuously non-stop, I don't know why they are doing like this. I am beginning to hate them gradually as they are sliding into scam company. Any way ! I am still using them with caution.

Experiencing same thing. It's getting to 3 days since I made a withdrawal of 67k. They're yet to credit me. I've complain and I'm gradually losing hope.

Keep disturbing them or if your money has not been deducted from your account you can be withdrawing it small small say 10k later 10k till you will get everything.

Nigerian bookies have low odds, if I can find Naija betting site with odds like 1xbet I will stick to it instead of the 1xbet that put my BP at high level.
