It's good that our corrupt politicians too are not left out in the untimely death that seems to be the order of the day in Nigeria.

When they ignorantly refuse to pay attention to our comatose health sector, the result is untimely death where people die from preventable and treatable ailments!

You are absolutely correct. Once you are 30 pls watch your diet. Once you are 40s be very very careful with your diets infact live as if you are 70year old.

Once you are 50, help your organs to sustain you till you are 80s . Don't ever eat what those Preteens and teenagers are eating just taste .

Atleast, you have removed one way from how person they die "Food poison through high calories" !!
