Don't read too much into such lists. The Kenyattas are worth MINIMUM twice that! The value of Northlands alone is worth that figure. Its a mini city along Thika rd at Peponi at least a 1000ac- you know the price of an acre.

Just look at those modern looking trains, now compare it to a certain zoo east African country whoose name start with K and ends in A ....this alone makes me wonder if east Africans(apart from TZ cos their electric sgr is pretty modern) as a whole love good things....I spitoon that region of the continent...
