Hp Elitebook 8540p 4gb ram, 500gb hdd, Nvidia NVS Quadro 5100m (1gb VRAM) - 80-100k

But if your budget high well well, get hp omen or lenovo legion y720 or y520 - 180k upwards!

Used the Hp elitebook 8540p for a while. Infact, i still have it. Its a nice laptop. Upgraded mine to 8gb ram and a faster hard drive.
I use it for motion graphics and 3d jobs.
Its not the best but will get the job done now with your low budget.
