Good morning people,

Can i use the 4 inches thickness for the German floor, the intended build is 4 unit of 3 bedroom flat. 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the top floor?

And do i need to add reinforcement into it?

1 inch and 3/4 down granite which is better for the german floor

cc:
Saydfact

IF your foundation is on RAFT - you need reinforcement bars in the german floor.

4 Inches is OK for the german floor also

Use 3/4 down.... Dont buy 1 inche, any excess on site might not be good for columns etc.... (infact always buy 3/4 down or half inch)

Goodluck

Firstly how high do you want the fence.
Half fence or full? and is the land waterlogged or dry?
You can contact me on 09056082348(call & Whatsapp) for cost breakdown.

I need quotes for half/full fence, then I can compare with my budget. Land is waterlogged.

Hello house,
I have this leakage issue on my roof slab. Like, water penetrates through the slab. I have removed the tiles on it and re screeded the surface with mortal. There were tiny cracks all over the surface.
These cracks were treated with crack fillings painstakingly one after the other. And the next day, applied bituminous paint on the area.

To my dismay, after some days, the cracks resurfaced, such that I could see it through this thick coat of my 'felt' material. I feel though, the heat from the sun could be part of the reason for this. Or the crack fillings were not properly done.

I really need suggestions on how to tackle these tiny cracks before the rain.
Thank you all.

I started doing home repairs . And wondered what material to make the flooring . My requirements were reliability and beauty . After a long search, I found the perfect option for myself, hardwood floor refinishing in Columbia, MD. This really satisfied all my requirements . The material is pleasant to the touch without roughness and looks great. Recommend.

2 solutions can be applied, 2 purposes for the slab(a tank sitting or a relaxing point.

If a tank sitting refloor it with waterproof cement and slope tiles to an outlet.

if for relaxing do as above but rough surface tiles & make a roofing like a design.

Rather than deal on per day fee, why not ask how much will be taken to do the job
