I'm just asking if anyone has gone through same scenario of fingerprint sensor not working. Did it later start working or is this the end?

The fingerprint area is not water resistant, so it's likely water could have sipped through, and destroyed that sector....

I would advice turning it off, place in a moisture soaker for about 7 days..... Hopefully, the damage is not extensive.....

If device has moisture present, this problem would get worse, affecting other parts, particularly the MB.....

Best to eradicate moisture, than hibernating it.......

If those using the original Umidigi Power, think their batteries are super duper strong.............

By the time they handle Umidigi Power 3, they would feel shortchanged...........
