Funny but that's the very truth.

I carry my own leg waka go Airtel kiosk on the 28th January, 2020 and registered a new Airtel SIM card.
After that, i recharged N4k and used it to subscribe for the N4k 11GB data plan.
Everything was working fine and i was happily managing my data o. And i know i still have over 10GB remaining plus the 11GB bonus for double data.

Fast forward, on Saturday, 1st February, my network just disappeared completely.
I used another guy Airtel line to call their customer care number, they said they will resolve it after 18 hours.
After 24 hours, it wasn't still working.
I waited until 4th February, then i went to their physical customer care office to complain. The lady that attended to me said there was an issue somewhere after the registration and that she will escalate the matter.
I left there disappointed and not knowing what to do next.

On the 5th, the network on the sim was restored but my data plan was gone.
I went back to the customer care office and complained again and they said they are on top of the matter.
I complaint to their call center and even on Twitter, all to no avail.

I wanted to forget about it but it's just painful that I will just dash a multi-billion dollar company like Airtel my 4k o.

So right now, Airtel Nigeria is owing me N4k i used for data subscription and they want me to forget about it.

Fellow NL, what should I do abeg.
Should I sue them and claim $1M for damages this has caused to my business?

Who has experienced this and how did you go about it?

You do not have to get a lawyer.

I have been getting my money back from Airtel - any amount to the last N10!

Send a mail to the regional office of FCCPC in your location. For example, FCCPC Lagos email address is cpc.lagos@yahoo.co.uk

Although they seem to be slower lately, but you'll sure get your money back.

All the best.

If you will contact their Social Media page either Facebook or Twitter, the issue will be resolved today. It is better and faster.

I feel for you bro... Some times ago, i had a drop balance issue and I contacted this handle @airtel_care and the issue was resolved in less thank 15minutes. I am very sure the issue will be resolved if u contact them.
I also believe we have people affiliated to Airtel on this platform who will be reading this post. I suggest you drop your handle or number if you dont mind and see if anyone will assist you with it.

Here's the message after subscribing on 28th January, 2020.
And the next message that I don't have a data plan is on the 5th, February after the network on the SIM was restored.
