I have a military friend who is interested in venturing into a business but does not know which one to go into and neither does he have the time for stuffs like that due to his work, and so I thought to do this for him so as to enable him partner up with people with good business ideas.

Payment plan 1: 250,000k gets you 325k in 7 months in cash (monthly (repayment of 46,420naira monthly)
Payment plan 2: get 1 plot of land + 165k cash.

I don’t understand do you mean the payment plan 2 will get me a land and 165k cash at the end of 7 months, where is the land located?
Besides this is not a real business per say.

Yes more like an investment. The repayment plans are in 2 forms. Payment 1 and payment 2 the land is in Abeokuta, a new and developing area

250k investment gives him the 2 repayment planes 1 and 2 as options
