The umidigi F1 play I bought didn't arrive and I have opened dispute a day after the delivery period expired which was on 31st of January and the dispute was to end by 7th February 2020, but up until now I'm yet to receive refund from AliExpress. Is this how the refund normally delay?

CHECK DISPUTE PROGRESS AND SEE IF THE SELLER MADE A PROPOSAL YOU EITHER ACCEPT OR REJECT IT... IF AFTER REJECTING IT AND THEY DIDN'T REPLY YOU ALIEXPRPESS WILL STEP IN AND GIVE YOU FULL REFUND
