are you diabetic?

do you live in the north where it is drier and less humid?

the first soluion will be to wash and dry that foot everyday

secondly,you then exofoilate (scrub off dead skin)with a pumice stone or file it away with a foot file start with twice a week, dont be too rough. if it bleeds treat it like a wound ans stop immeadiately.

thirdly, buy whitfield's ointment , mix an equal amount of the ointment and a thick moistturising cream on your hand, then rub the mixture all over your foot, even in between your toes every night. rub shea butter or vaseline on top then wear cotton back to school socks to sleep overnight.

it should improve in a few weeks maximum
