I received the recent email asking for document verification even though my test came out as unsuccessful attempt..was it sent to everybody or prospective awardees?

I also got thesame despite the unsuccessful attempt written on my screen the day I took the exams.

i guess their system had some malfunction that day and that was why the unsuccessful attempt.

Does NPDC/Seplat pay their awardees?..I heard that it is only NNPC/Seplat that pay their awardees and NPDC seplat does not pay.
How true is this please?
