Actually, supreme court said that Inec should withdraw the certificate and re-issue that certificate the candidate that has the second best vote with wide spread. Then INEC said that they'll study the judgement. That's what got me worrying.

There is nothing to be worried about. The supreme Court judgement is very clear. And it is the tradition of INEC for its hierarchy to meet after major court judgements to effect the judgement. The meeting referred to by INEC actualy means "the meeting to effect the judgements" INEC has no other option than to effect the judgement.

This is a pre-election matter, not a post-election matter. The votes can only belong to APC if they contested elections. Since the Supreme has upheld the decision of the lower courts that Lyon was not qualified to run, it is assumed that APC had no contestant in the elections.

APC cannot lay claim to any votes in an election they did not participate in.

No. Votes are casted to party not candidates. So APC might be asked to provide new candidates
