This is the perfect definition of "sorrow may endure for the night but morning cometh with joy". Who ever could have thought that after all the preparations, David Lyon won't answer the governor of bayelsa state today. I feel for him, it's a painful experience no one could ever wish a worst enemy. But shaa that's fate. I had thought I've seen disappointment in life until I see this one. I am a blessed child.

In the Imo state case the SC was not like VAR at all. They actively participated in rigging an election.

That case is waayyyu out of bounds. It is simply not in the same league with any of these other cases.

Notice in that case SC said nothing about meeting “the required constitutional geographical spread of votes”. Why? Because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself 2 times the registered number of voters in some places!
Then INEC gave him certificate the very next day, carefully making sure NOT to release final tally of votes (because they know they’d be laughed at!)

I’m not into politics at all, but even I know the Imo state case is different from the rest

There should be a punishment for INEC and its staff for stupidity and wasting of State resources for not doing due diligence on candidates seeking for elective offices.

It's not INEC's fault. INEC is not allowed to disqualify a candidate presented by a Party. Only the Court can do that. The blame should go to the APC.

2. Does INEC didn't check names to know maybe the guy is good to go or what
