We report those locations and try to get them to hasten up in proving the required assistance. We will do our best in this regard while we continue exploring new ways to improve service delivery in terrible network conditions.

I am in Mararaba,Nassarawa state and the 9mobile service is OK here.When I switch on my box, it displays CLOUD SERVER ERROR. Later it shows with buffering which is worse at night.

What is more, immediately after subscription some channels that could open showed flawlessly but with time the buffering problem started and becomes an everyday thing.
