Am deeply disappointed in d supreme court 4 reviewing a case dey finalised. This shows d incompetence of our judicial system

So if Supreme accepted Buhari names as it is, why did they then reject the other.

Look, we shouldn't copy paste white man's constitution without looking at our culture and traditions first.

Judges are human and they are not infallible. The review of the case filed by Ihedioha was backed up by some relevant sections of the constitution.

No document was forged. The judgement read that it was because the names did not match his submitted documents. This does not mean it was forged.

All he has to do is prove beyond reasonable doubt that the names are his

I don't care who wins or lose as it is none of my business. I am just concerned about how the western constitution is messing with our culture and local names. It's as simple as that. You can go and die for them for all I care.

If the court finds him guilty, then he and his boss should step aside. But my fear is that immunity already covers them, my opinion though because I don’t really know the legal implication.

Who said he could not prove it. Perhaps he was not given ample time to get the documents required for proof or was just lackadaisical about the whole thing so felt it did not matter since it was no forgery.

Now that he has seen the seriousness all required documents for proof may have been gotten now.

If there is nothing, Supreme Court will not even entertain review in the first place. They will look at the substance of the appeal for review and not the form of it.

You (and the SC) are making it look like the two cases are comparable by lumping them together. They are not! Disqualification is common in politics per Bayelsa. In Imo nobody was disqualified instead it is a case of the SC aiding and abetting clear fraud and rigging

How can someone have a legal document such as a sworn and notarized affidavit and you say it is false affidavit. You well so?

Immunity does not cover electoral fraud.. They will be removed immediately.
