Hy nairalanders.. I have been using my new Glo line for about 3 weeks now since I bought, but yesterday I discovered I couldn't make calls or browse on the line.. I then tried checking my account balance but I get a message telling me that my line is deactivated and I don't know what to do cuz I still have subscription on the line... I called customer care they are telling me my line is ok but I cant still make use of ..... plz wat do I do?

I think the problem is from their Sim registration procedure. Maybe glo have a faulty system. I am tired to re-register my line always. They sent me a text to register again or dy will deactivate my line. I gave them my piece via mail. Very stupid procedures..... |
