A lady who evidently was a Messi fan tweeted on Twitter that C. Ronaldo would have been another Lingard if the goals were taken from him and to justify her argument that MESSI is the GOAT, she went ahead to write that MESSI without the goals would still be considered as the greatest assist giver of all time. Messi without the assist would still be considered as the GOAT of Chinese creation and Messi without the creation of goals would still be considered as the greatest dribbler of all time. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are unarguably the best footballer every sport lover have come to term with in the last decade. The duo had a total number of Balloon d'Or shared between them (Messi with 6 and Ronaldo, 5). Debates surrounding their supremacy had been going on for years.
