you're not making sense (all in the name of trying to be funny) the bh they rehabilatate are the ones that submitted and repented themselves (not captured, they kill those captured instantly without remorse) which is logical, even the Bible says God doesn't want death of criminals rather than for him to repent. Although I'll prefer them to be given long term jail after rehabilitation.
