Same passport issue.. When it comes to passport I no dey dull with this my app. It's from their site.

I've tried white background and another red background, both are not working.
I've tried various types of resizes for both pics still its not working.
I've tried all the suggestions here to upload more than 15 times, still not working.

This is frustrating.

That's a proud and insensitive thing to say. So what if you are employed?

To make it worsen, I had a sleepless night trying various method to upload. Again, I've waken up as early as 4:00am to it, still no progress.
My conclusion is, the problem is from their site and I also believe the issue would be resolved.
They had issues with registration last week and they resolved it. For this week, we have passport issue, it'll be over soon.

yrs, it's very frustrating. i was experiencing same too, but i got to work this morning, i decided to try with my system, at once it uploaded. so, try a computer, do make sure the width and the length of your passport is large.
