Former First Lady, Patience Jonathan aka Mama Peace, was recently in Aso Rock to visit the First Lady, Aisha Buhari.

Aisha had shared pictures and details of the visit via her Twitter Page:

I received my predecessor, Her Excellency Dame Patience Jonathan at the State House.
We discussed my efforts with regards to greater involvement of women in politics & participation of women at lower level of governance.

We also discussed girl child education and her pet project "women for change”
I got to hear her experience during her tenure and listened to her perspectives on issues affecting women and children in the society.

It was really nice having her around and I look forward to having more of such moments.

Hopefully she'll give Aisha some tips on being a first lady.....as opposed to a woman only there to occupy the other room!

Office of first lady, avenue for fund wasting... 2much money waste in this country

This is a big lesson for those of us here fighting each other, insulting each other on behalf of these politicians who never gave a damn about us, who never employed us to defend them.... Democratic government is the best form of government all over the world but here we make it worse, instead of standing together to keep these our selfish politicians on their toes, we allow them to divide us and fight each other even as they keep looting our future, well I have passed that level since 2003.. I support individuals, I believe could perform not any political party...
