Hello nairalanders.
I am a young married Nigerian living in the Northern part of the country, though I am from the south but I have been living in the North for 24years now and I am married with 3 kids.
Just an advice/ideas I need from you guys even though my topic doesn't make front page.
I have N1,000,000 cash being proceeds from the sale or transfer of my business interest to another party.
Now from your candid view,can such an amount get me both Dubai Visa and flight ticket so as to start a hustle there?

To go there and flex for a month, 1m is good. But For hustle baba venture into another business in 9ja. My 1 kobo

1 million can get you to Dubai and still have extra money airfare is about 200-300k depending on the airline

1 million is enough money to get you to Dubai and start working. Do a 3momths job search Visa which is 240k and flight on Egypt air is about 250k thats 500k. The remaining 500k should be enough for you to pay 200$ for shared accommodation every month and feeding, transport etc for that 3months till you find a job. Bare in mind that the highest paid blue colour job security, taxi driver etc will pay between 200k and 250k monthly, now you will have to consider if this money will be enough to pay your bills and send home to your wife for upkeep. In my opinion it will but you won't have savings.
