Most y'all don't understand Nigeria's political atmosphere. Don't believe what you read, instead, understand what's going on. Abba Kyari has control because Buhari let him have it. Buhari is a military man, and hence needs a diplomat wise enough to be at the helm of it. Buhari dictates what he wants to Abba, who then acts on it by being the President's r@bid dog, capable of getting anything done.
