I met the Emir some 19 years ago while serving (nysc) in that beautiful town of Yauri,Kebbi state. I must say that Dr. Zayannu is a detribalized emir,a very good leader. If I can lay my hands on some of the pictures I took with him, I will gladly upload them here.
