This is the problem some Nigerians have. They have warned people from time in memorial to stop wearing military camouflage but they will never listen. Whether the police is wrong or not, the young man lost his life out of his own carelessness and disobedience. If he didn't wear the cap, police won't ever know him except he commits another offence.

May his soul rest in peace anyway

Trust police nah,they will bend the matter. Imagine,the officer arrested for leaving the suspect alone in the vehicle. Pls,is this news?

Even the initial report never claimed he was killed directly.
He was said to have been pushed out of the van by the police, leading to his being killed by the oncoming vehicle.
That is still murder or at worst manslaughter and the policeman or policemen should br arrested and appropriately charged.
Just Pitt the innocent truck or car driver that ran him over.He most probably couldn't have prevented it.
Police would now use him as a cover for their murderous act.

You that is a literate but don't know how to understand simple warning, have the military and police not warned against it time without number? You will claim to have sense but a simple warning is hard to abide to. There are so many caps one can wear, why must it be the one they have warned you not to wear you will decide to wear because you want to prove a point.
