Some people are paying this foolish FFK to say this rubbish and guess what, the south east are the people who will buy this rubbish he said.

When power was with south for 14years did you see FFK shout for restructuring or independence? No.

Now there is no free money for him except the ones he looted and the ones they pay him to say this rubbish.

Go to his Facebook page and see most of the people supporting all he say.

While his Yoruba brothers see him as useless. He causes division among tribes esp the south east and North.

Foolish man.

You're plainly stupid and your hatred form the Igbos will consume you more faster than you will believe.

Can you fault what FFK have been saying or do you always blindly move away from the message and and start attacking the messenger?

[quote author=TheApologist post=86921111]Though not a fan of FFK, I believe in the interest of all and for the sake of fairness power should return to the south but in all honesty restructuring is the way out in the long term. There's a need to renegotiate our coexistence as a nation by sitting down to discuss the conditions of the union if there will be any further justification for the union in the first place.[/quote/]

Having read the for and against restructuring, it's obvious the south desires restructuring of the Federation while the North is okay with the present arrangement. The south must understand that it's greatest detractors is not the Northern Politicians but rather the southern Politicians who when in power have failed consistently to address the issue of restructuring.

The present political structure which birth the second coming of the GMB was put together by southerners who had always echoed their disdain for the present political system we are using. The like BAT have lost their voice just because they want to seek the president ticket while most southerners are at the receiving end of calamity of the present political structure.

Today, the problem faced both in the South and the North is cause mainly by parochial and selfish interest of the Hausa/Fulani elite who have always used the weapon of mass birth rate of northerner to hold down the destiny of the southerners. The north knew from onset that mass uneducated, uninformed populace would help to hold onto power and they inserted federal character into the constitution to help reinforce the grip on the reins of power.

Unfortunately the emergence of terrorism in west Africa his helping to reshape these political ideology because the ideology fuels the embers of terrorism. Today the president is from the north not because he deserves to be the president but because he represent the the northern agenda and a willing tool for southerners who wanted to kick out the Southern president.

Even if the south is given president, it still will not change the fact that the legislature is dominated by the north, therefore any move to seek restructuring at the legislature would not sail through. Therefore to seek restructuring we must as a matter of fact insist on restructuring and anything short of restructuring will be on accepted.

And the best way to get restructuring is for the south to reject the presidency in 2023, right?

Between a southern and northern president, who is more liable to restructure Nigeria? Even if all parts of Nigeria agree unanimously to restructure, is it not better for a southern president to preside over the process than a northern president? Let’s put on our thinking caps now.

You are in order, but don't forget that a southern President like Rocha or Tinub will sing "Hosanna no restructuring" for eight years.

Did GEJ not reject restructuring till he was reminded at the last minute, perhaps by some smart Alecs, that Nigeria needed political restructuring, far from the structure create by northern soldiers?

Southern bastards like FFK are only playing the script of Atiku and their northern paymasters. APC will take the presidency back to the south in 2023 according to the already established rotation of power and there is nothing anybody can do about it.

Trust me, you know nothing.

Even if you hate someone to the high heavens or you are partisan to the highest level, try to calm down before jumping to type so you can sound reasonable to some extent. Even if he’s playing Atiku’s script, is Atiku going to be president over a republic from the southern part?what will Atiku gain in the disintegration of the country if you are talking about his ambition to become the president? Also, which established law says there should be rotation of power? I may not have read the part in the constitution but you can help point it out. Be liberal in your political view.

Restructuring is not the division of Nigeria. It simply means each state or region will cater for themselves and govern themselves, it shares more power across states or regions.
