Your business is too early to make trouble with customers. It's your fault, you didn't package your business well. If you did, your clients wouldn't be the one to dictate to you. Imagine, your client telling you "T.fare" what's Tfare in delivery and pick up business? It's called delivery fees, pick up fees. It's your charges/fees and you are entitled to any amount you ask a client to pay. It's up to the client to accept it or not. Just settle this one peacefully hence use this as a lesson and draft a short terms and conditions on how you operate. Once a client contact you, send him or her the terms and conditions to avoid occurrence of this kind of issue and other issues. The business is sweet and profitable if you do it well. Eskis Sir, I have heard from the other person too, she told you after the 3k, she wouldn't pay anything else other than your transport to Oshodi, you agreed, and later, you changed the agreement.

You no do well, that too for a start up biz.
Even if you later realized what you charge doesn't have profit in it, talk to the customer politely for addition, if they agree, lucky you, if they don't, going back on initial agreement isn't an option.
You can do better.
