Where can I find a shrink to talk to in Lagos? I’ve done google searches but the ones I see are expensive. I can’t afford a $100 per session shrink lol, that will even make my problem worse if I try it. Also, the person must be qualified, respect privacy, keep an open mind and be objective without religious, moral or traditional sentiments.
