yup,I stay in Abeokuta but I'm running one post graduate course at University of Ibadan

Mine was 66 Metres and it cost me the below

Parapet and soak away Casting

Iron
12mm - 30 lengths @ 1970 = 59100
8mm - 51 lengths @ 1420 = 72420
Big Binding wire @ 7000
Extra iron = 9000
Quarter rod - 15 lengths @ 200 = 3000
Transport = 3500
Workmanship = 25000

Wood and cutting = 175000
Nail = 11100
Transport = 4000
Workmanship = 40000

Granite = 20 tonnes = 100000
Sharp sand = 15 tonnes = 21000
Cement 50 bags @ = 130000
Labour = 50000
Total = 710,000

Taking a look at the cost of Pre-cast Parapet and Aluminium Parapet, i consider this the best (my opinion) and I dont regret.

Mine was for twin 3 bedroom flat. It cost me 700k.
Iron, binding wire: 140000
Iron bender labour: 45000
Plank, sawing and transport, nails: 147800
Carpenter labour: 65000
Cement: 83200
Granite: 85000
Stone dust: 55000
Sharp sand: 22000
Mason labour: 57000
Note: granite and stone dust remaining is more than half.
