Well, I don't work for INEC, but from my observation around several cafes, You might even have a higher chance of going to the next stage, cause the overwhelming majority applied for level 8( like almost everyone). The lower & higher levels have much less applicants

99% merit? Is that possible in this country? Well, unless you'll be involved in the whole processes which includes controlling the database of the Computer Based Test or be the person who will set the question & supervise the written test Nationwide as well as mark all the applicants scripts (unless you wan kill yourself)... You'll be the one to shortlist for interview as well as be the Chairperson of the Interview panel (na you go grade each applicant as well) etc. Cos if you don't handle it singlehandedly, there will always be a black sheep in the system that won't allow your intentions to work. Even if you carry the recruitment for head, don't be surprised if they start sending you threat signal at home (they may end up sending... sef). I won't talk much... I'm also a preacher of MERIT but with the country I'm seeing presently, don't put your mind that 99% MERIT can ever be recorded in any Federal or State recruitment.
