The West African Examinations Council has announced the results of the 2020 first series West African Senior School Certificate Examination for private candidates.

The Head of National Office of WAEC, Mr Olu Adenipekun, made the disclosure on Tuesday in Lagos at a news conference in Yaba, Lagos.

He said it started in 2018.... GCE did not start 2018... I know people who wrote GCE as far back as the late 90's.
