South-South governors Currently meeting in Asaba Governors of the South South states of the country have converged in the Delta State Government House Asaba for their first meeting with the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa as Chariman of the South South Governors Forum . The meeting which is currently Ongoing has Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Chairman, Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom, Ben Ayade of Cross River Represented , Nyesom Wike of rivers state, Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State, and Obaseki of Edo State. I like Okowa's courage and boldness in recent times. Working alongside Wike, they can easily launch their own security outfit. If SW can launch theirs, I don't see why SS can't. |
