I normally wouldn't have said anything but because I introduced the victim of your so so business management to you, that's why i'm gonna say that you don't have sound business management skills. I introduced a family member to you, she contacted you asking whether she could select her preference, to which you responded by saying that the clothes are in bundles, hence no room for selection. She opted to buy a bundle, I as a matter of fact made the payment which you acknowledged its reception, you sent the clothes as promised but they came in all dirty. She informed me and I asked her to speak with you about it, she did and your response was "So sorry about that, don't know my boys packed tshirts used for samples in the market and include them in a bundle"

Your boys parked shirts used as samples in a bundle for a customer, how could this have happened since the clothes come in bundles? You only needed to have picked a bundle for her, how come she got the shirts been displayed as samples? She was to use the shirts as b'day present but she couldn't since they came in dirty. Well, thank goodness they came in dirty, a blessing in disguise. I told her to wash them and see if they could still be somehow useful, she did and some shirts became gown while others bleached as if they were washed with bobrisky bleaching soap. She contacted you and you accused her of being rude just because she asked how you are gonna make up for your laxity.

I won't label you a scammer but you should learn about customer satisfaction and conflict resolution. And I think whoever sells these shirts beyond 1,000 is cursing himself.

I do solemnly affirm that the review I'm about to give is true.

In the light of the review by the Vicardino, I find it conscience worthy to also give MY honest review.

1. Ezenku is legit (no question about that. When you order, it gets delivered to you. But

2. After I sent the money for the bundles. the 'quality of conversation' deteriorated. What do I mean? I was getting monosyllabic and one line responses to my question.
I also provide service to people. When they order, I thank them for patronising me, and type plenty 'English' to answer their questions. But it felt as though he was doing me a favour. Bad Bad Bad.

3. I got what I ordered for and it 'looked good' (I opened a few). But later, I discovered

3.1. Repetitive design. Instead of 10 different designs in a bundle, like 2 are the same.
3.2. Some of the texts on the tee shirts were off. Texts like "The good die young" . Who go rock the good die young tee shirt?

3.3. Like the poster above said, the shirts 'dey piss' (it bleaches when washed). For an imported T-shirt, I was GREATLY dissapointed when I took one for my use and discovered that the shirt 'dey bleach'.
Imagine the assurance I already gave to customers that this was some kind of quality...

3.4. There were maybe 3 or 4 that shouldn't have been included in the bundles delivered because of their low quality. I discovered this recently.

4. Yet some were great! I still rocked 1 today. And I saw a customer putting on one yesterday.

So in summary, what was delivered to me contains the good, the poor and the ugly quality.

To all legit hustlers here- It's safer you visit goods outlets for your orders, and have physical engagements with Nigerian dealers. Thanks

Well, its a pity. I actually wanted to place an order. I think I would hold on first. Its better for someone to supervise what he or she is doing than to entrust to someone else. First impression matter a lot. Especially if dealing with someone u have never met before.
