Why I'm asking is because I'm scared. In no distant time, I will be reaching $20,000 mark which will automatically get me to top seller level since I already met other requirements. However, my fear is that I'm using my ex girlfriend's picture while answering a female name, although it's a Nigerian account.

This is an account I opened years ago, and the information I got then was that female profiles sales more (if I had known, I would have used my real identity). Now, I'm no longer with the girl since I got married. In a nutshell, I just want to know how I can avert possible direct communication with Fiverr admin.

Go to payoneer.com and create an account. Add the account to your withdrawal method on fiverr.

There is an option to choose to either receive your money in dollar or Naira. You select an option when adding your account. I think you chose dollars that is why you had to do all that to get your money.
