Don't believe the paper work. Your boys are complaining here , but the elites and elders know what is happening. Most of the speakers are not from South West except very few slaves who are tied to their masters through religion. You can see or hear them being used by their masters against Amotekun.

I am yet to see the breakdown for the $22.7 billion loan as far as I am concerned.

It's becoming crystal clear that Buhari doesn't like the South East.

One good thing is that Buhari will not be president forever.

The Igbo man is resilient

Not really.

The SE have failed to invest their support for his Presidency, and instead have been his main opponents and antagonists. They even vehemently opposed this loan that they're now crying to be included in.

The blowback is not unexpected.

There is not law that forbbits a man from boasting , its our pride and we will carry it everywhere we go

Gazzy88:
You're yet to heal from the wound of civil after 5 decades? We don't have problem with you doing well but boasting everywhere is what people won't tolerate. If you wanna boast, do that in your region. Nobody will query you but coming over here, a Yoruba-owned and dominated forum, to boast is what we won't accept. Boast from now till thy kingdom comes, nobody cares so far you're doing that in your region. Then stop trooping to other region if you won't abide by their rules. What you can't accept in your region, you shouldn't take it to another man's land.

You wonder why only your region is being hated nationwide? It's because all of us are sick and tired of your acts. I know you will sing the melody of secession after this. Most of us here will gladly grant you your own country if we have the power. Being neighbors isn't bad though and know that you're gonna pay through your noses if you want to trade here. Ire oo

Look at this one talking of no mans land dominated by Igbo's labanise Indians and northerners , my friend remove Lagos from there Lagos is not yours , our region is barren how ? There nothing you have in your backward brown roof core Yoruba region that we don't have in the east , mention what you have and we don't have? And no one can stop Igbo's from migrating to other regions we see the whole world as one small market

diplomat058:
Lols. You lots won't stop fooling yourselves, will you? The ONLY region that can turn things around, yet your region is almost barren, economically unviable and emigration prone. You came to SW and saw things working, didn't you. Which of your SE states come close to Lagos and Ogun, in terms of GDP, IGR, Industrial might, human development and other development parameters?

Stop these empty, lunatic, and comical boasting and 'mouthing'

ABEG SOUTHWEST AND NORTH GET SENSE DIEEEE

its not reasonable to borrow to fund education and health as this are not revenue generating sector of the economy

That's a short-sighted comment. Without good health and sound education, who will drive the economic growth. Or does Nigeria now has robots to take over from human. So, NTA will generate revenue for the FG in return for the $500 million. Which has more priority? Human health and education or NTA?

You clearly did not understand my initial response to "Lagosfinder" and I want to believe that's where the confusion set in.

Concisely,my point then was that no government would invest in a region that is not predictable. The constant agitation for war as a mean to break away from Nigeria is enough excuse for Buhari not to do anything for the Igbos in the south east. People like KANU and his Ipob members are not helping Igbos.

I don't know what you mean by "your boys are complaining here" who are those my boys please ? Perhaps, you need to know that I'm a Yoruba man, a Muslim and I don't support Buhari's administration because of its many failures and obvious nepotism.

That you are yet to see the breakdown for the loan changes nothing here sir. The Chinese government, through Exim Bank, is not giving a kobo to the Nigerian politicians and that makes the deal relatively okay. The Chinese are paying the contractors directly on completion of projects.

We don't have any slave in Yoruba land ,religion can't divide us and we are all stakeholders in Amotekun's project.

Lagos is a no Man's Land? Lols. In your attempt to seem intelligent, you ended up spewing lots of incoherent garbage. The Lebanese, Indians and any other nationalities and ethnic groups, aside the Yorubas, are there as investors/economic asylum seekers. You know the category your people belong to, Lols.
China contains investors, investment and migrants from all over the world, does that stop it from belonging to the Han nation? Stop acting as a demented fellow. You sound really really pained. Stop aborting logic for sentiments. Lagos is not Abuja which is the FCT. Even the fact that Abuja is FCT does not nullify the indigenousness of the Land. Abuja belongs to the Gbagyi/Gwari people, the FCT status is just a political configuration. In a Federation, diversity is not erased; it is either explored for positivity or disorder.
There is no need being sweaty over this, bro. The whole SW remains our ancestral land and Commonwealth as Yorubas

Your greed and that of your forebears is actually what put you guys,Igbos in a precarious and very pitiable situation you find yourselves in Nigeria today. It is idiots like you that always make things difficult for some reasonable Igbo people in Lagos or anywhere else outside of your accursed land.

This is how you stupidly invite woes and calamity unto yourselves without realising it and you start playing victims card when the chips are down ! If you ever have it your crazy imagination that the Yorubas cannot make things very hot and difficult for all Igbos in Lagos, you honestly don't know how deep you guys are in this shit.

You're a typical egoistic and highly emotional Igbo lunatic that is incapable of logical reasoning. Statistics don't lie ,your region is one of the poorest in this country, only in competition with the war ravaged north east. Put the little whitish substance in your flat head into use by carrying out a small research. You will find out how pitiable your situation is as a tribe, useless third class citizens.

A typical empty Igbo braggart ! Without you there won't be Lagos ? Obatala kee u der ! Do you even know what is called commerce ? Do you think it the horrible 12 by 6 spare parts shops that most of you criminals use to front as businessmen ? Spare parts dealers by day, armed robbers at night ! Go and check the listed companies on the NSE and their owners, ode.
We are better than everybody, our states are eldorados, blah, blah ! Empty chest beater ! Dangote,Otedola,Alakija,Adenuga,Indimi etc, are they Igbos from the accursed land of demons ? Who do you fools think you are ? You are just a nobody.

Before you start your usual comedy about how you fought against all the super powers - Britain,Russia,USA etc during the civil war, I leave you and your empty head with this video to show how deep you are in a mess. This happened in Anambra, your ancestral state. Stop your obsession with Lagos, Fulanis are dealing with your weak, cowardly men at home.

You asked, 'which industrial might?' Are you trying to be spiteful right now? Given all indices, you can not compare the SE to the SW. The latter is far ahead. Despite the fact that oil constitute the mainstream chunk, the region has still managed to dominate the non oil economy.
The other guy talked about the monopoly of Industrial Clusters in Aba and the rest and I asked him, 'how could you say such when Ogun State is widely regarded as the Industrial Capital of Nigeria.

I don't know what the talk about spoonfeeding is about. But I guessed you meant the unprecedented privileges enjoyed by the SE under Jonathan.

You can't compare a cat to a Tiger, bro. The figures don't lie. Check out the stats from the NBS, World Bank and so on and you would see for yourself.

Thanks and Good Morning

I don't need to argue that fact with you. The South West has been spoon fed by the government at the center since after the war. It's a well known fact.

Jonathan never did anything for the East. What privileges. Even his Niger Delta region he didn't do anything for them, talk less of the East. North even gained more from Jonathan's presidency.

As for mentioning World Bank, NBS statistics, etc.
The fact remains Nigerian economy is still below par.
What's Nigerias per capita
What's your contribution to the the $ earnings of the economy
What measures has your region taken to diversify
No keep on being spoon fed by central government and rolling out self deluding stats
Don't worry very soon oil will become obsolete then you will know how far
