That commissioner of Health did a perfect work, both in awareness campaign and information management.
Nigeria is a Nation that thrives on communication, once you lose touch on that (communication) you won’t succeed in this country, that’s one of the areas where this Buhari administration failed woefully.

As a leader you shouldn’t allow people read your mind or thought in everything , when you do that people will have a divided view over things panicking and coldness will come into play, Allies will be testing the waters same with enemies, propaganda will run your rule down.
