Please nairalanders, i need a honest advice/cure for this problem if any.
I am in my late sixties. I suffered from deficating with blood and dysentary for years. This resulted in having to use several types of recommended herbal product powders and Agbos.
Getting erection has now become almost a permanent problem which i'm sure it's not age-related. For the avoidance of doubts, i do not masturbate.

Is there a permanent cure with no adverse side effects ? Is it possible ?
A cure that'll not require the use of enhancement drugs, etc, ?
