1. Loan Officer:

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
• Sourcing for loan clients in identified market zones and rendering financial advice to customers.
• Ensure credit appraisal and cash flow analysis of clients are carried out, ensure all loan requirements inclusive of charges are properly communicated to clients and all documentation duly completed, executed and submitted.
• Ensure all approved loan is disbursed timely.
• Supervise loan packaging and documentation.
• Conduct credit checks on borrowers and their guarantors.
• Confirm status (Physical state, valuation e.t.c) of asset/properties used as collateral by customers.
• Evaluate customers' loan applications in line with the company's credit policy.
• Has relevant experience in analyzing consumer and SME loans.
• Evaluate clients for credit worthiness based our internal risk models & their application information.
• Continuously ensure alignment/compliance to the credit risk management framework.
• Other assignments that may be given to the officer from time to time.
Requirements of the role
o He/she must be an NCE/OND/HND/B.SC Holder.
o Fantastic Marketing /Business /Accounting or Finance Background
o 3 years’ Experience in Financial Services.
o Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
o Innate Drive for Marketing
o Lekki-Ajah Resident only.

2. Digital Marketer:
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
• Managing the redesign of the company website.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Requirements of the role
• Digital Marketing certification
• Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent.
• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
