Kindly make a thorough confirmation about the NYSC certificate number. NYSC/EDO/2012/.... I believe is the correct one because is the number that carries all your identity as a graduate. The year you finished your NYSC, The State you served, and also your candidate number. I use to get a positive response from any federal agencies i applied to.

are you sure that's the format to write certificate number and year of acquisition? What if they run it as just the certificate number and it screens one out

The important thing is your certificate number . Write the year of acquisition as well. Better to be on the safe side than sorry.

Your NYSC certificate number is the number on top by the right side of your certificate usually starts with a alphabet ....e.g A006585..

For those with BSC And Wascce, e.g 2685575/2005 just write the certificate number/ year of acquisition.
.Fill in your NYSC service number on the third row, e.g S286868 lastly, the last row is for your service year e.g 2014/2015.

Please and please. This is still part of the screening(as said by my contact). They are still looking for ways to screen men out so that they can defend their already prepared list. Don't fall a victim. Many of us will be lucky by God's grace

Please confirm the filling/updating of the form
1, University cerf no or Matriculation no (whichever is applicable)
2. For NECO: center no/ candidate no ( the year of acquisition was already stated on the no. 2 title
3. NYSC CERT: A*******
4. Am not sure if it is date or just the year of acquisition alone. Or : 05/03/2020 or just 2020

Please simple clarification will be appreciated.

did u see anything like this on ur certificate?. u are done with Nysc and am quite sure u don't have any document to show u anything like this ur Nysc/Edo/2012.......this is screening, so the number u have on ur Nysc certificate is what u need henceforth
