plus Brighton, west ham and Watford that's 8 plus probably Chelsea = 9 (their local rivals Arsenal and tottenham won't go to UCL)

Teams like Burnley, Southampton will likely vote B and maybe all or one of Everton, Newcastle and Crystal palace would support (that's atleast 2more votes making 11 cheesy) mehn they would want to hold unto what they have now.
Any vote requires a 2/3rd majority according to EPL constitution.

So you need 14 clubs to win a vote or 7 clubs to deny a vote.

Liverpool, Leicester, Arsenal, Manure, Sheffield Utd and Wolves would vote definitively against a void. That's 6.

Spurs, Everton, WestHam, Norwich, Villa, Brighton, Watford and Bournemouth would accept a void. That's 8.

Palace - vote can be bought

City - vote can be bought

Southampton - vote can be bought

Newcastle - vote can be bought

Burnley - likely to vote against void given their decent position, but vote can be bought

Chelsea - would accept void or current standings as final, but would not be happy with continuation of league into summer

Liverpool only need to buy one more vote to keep the season going.

On the other hand, the option to keep current standings as final but forego relegation will be popular with all except Manure, Spurs, Wolves and maybe Arsenal and Sheffield, and will pass a vote if posed at the right time.

Na wah o. I thought winning the UCL or World Cup or “beasting the final” was the yardstick to measure a player’s success.

Seems standards have changed.

So Morata never dribbled before? Should i show you how he dribbled your useless Bayern defenders that foolishly charged at him in the ucl and it ended in a goal?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z65whxuyEUk
But your hero and idol VVD backed off and it still ended in tearssss. Cowardice is not good. It's better to get Dribbled than to back off and still get scored on.

The same Morata you always insult just disgraced your hero I'm sure it must have been a heartbreaking experience for you

What role did Mustafi play to win the trophy unlike Boatank that dominated the world cup final he wasnt running away from an attacker like the best defender in nthe world

you're wrong why would Brighton, westham and Watford choice to void a league they could get relegated in when they already have a sad position. That's a whole 3 votes off your supposed 8, they may accept the void doesn't mean they would vote for it.

Messi is a CL winner and world cup finalist. Van Dijk is 27 yet to win a CL nor world cup.
He won CL already, so bury your head in shame.

Many sensible defenders had backed off like that and averted tragedies that befell Boathand, and hailed for not foolishly jumping at an attacker.

Morata did it against your team and they foolishly charged at him, it ended in tears and tearing of your net. grin

Liverpool are still likely to be crowned Premier League champions, even if the coronavirus crisis causes the season to be abandoned.

They would void as they are at risk of relegation. West Ham already asked for void.

Show evidence of what?

Evidence that the virus is spreading in the UK? Have you heard the number of new confirmed cases?

Are you struggling with comprehension or what?
Where did you get these bolded below from?

larride:
I can’t believe a vaccine hasn’t been found yet. It’s going to 3 months already. I thought science n technology are advanced to get a vaccine within 3 months for this virus? I’m suspecting those big Pharmaceuticals, they prolly want the virus to wreck enough havoc so they can cashout big when they release the vaccine.

This thing seems to be spreading in the UK at an alarming rate, they better get their shit together.
Can you provide evidence for these claims?
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Ibime(m): 6:41am On Mar 14, 2020
My prediction was not too far off. . .

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-8111151/Liverpool-set-given-Premier-League-title-season-ended-coronavirus.html

No relegation
Expanded league of 22 teams next season with League Cup dropped to accommodate
5 teams relegated next season to bring numbers back to 20.
Liverpool crowned Champions

The part which is unclear is who qualifies for Europe. Whether to use last seasons standings or this season. I didn't understand the part about extended qualifying phase.

Those aren’t actually claims.

The first part you highlighted expressed unbelief that a vaccine hasn’t been produced yet. You don’t need evidence to feel incredulous about something.

The second part suspected that big pharmas probably wanted to cash in on the virus. Which can be true or not. It’s a hunch, not an iron clad statement that categorically and emphatically makes a claim.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Guy calm down. You don't need to explain all these to me.

I know (and larride know) why I am asking those questions...

I'm hearing that researchers at the University of Saskatchewan have reported isolating the virus and announced that they have been able to create a vaccine.

I saw it on Twitter, I don't know how true it is. I pray it is true. The world is grinding to a halt and needs a restart. I just hope the idiots who have made healthcare the monster conglomerate it is now don't start looking for a way to commercialise this, if indeed it is true.

You are really strong headed. I am telling you that FIFA don't have a distinct rule about abandoned matches that it's left to the organizers (Epl,la liga, Uefa etc) to decide what to do.

Then declare the season null and void which means everyone would be impacted equally.
So I saw this.

The rules of the Premier League state that positions are decided at the end of a season, and that in a season each team plays all the others twice. There is a contingency for the FA to extend a season beyond 1 June at its discretion in extraordinary circumstances. There is no contingency stated for a season to be deemed to be completed before all the required matches are played. I can't see any way that final positions can be allocated before 38 matches each, under the rules that all the teams signed up to. So that means it's either cancelled or they finish it behind close doors

Bros, even in EPL, they continue from where they stopped, they don't start afresh. I've seen it live in EPL. Tottenham against Fulham (I think) in around 2012 or 2013.
Tottenham player, Fabrice Muamba, collapsed on the field on the 30+ min. Because of that, the match was postponed, when they finally replayed the match, it started on the 30+ min they initially stopped. They didn't start afresh.
A40 is right

They have not lost it either. If after 63 days Corona is still here then maybe, I suspect a creative solution would be found. I don't like partiality. No Chelsea, United or Arsenal fan will agree if they are in Liverpool's shoes
if care is not taken, life long enmity will be created between teams, depending on how the voting goes.

Liverpool, especially, will never forgive teams who will vote for the league to be void.

For me, fairness should be considered. There is no team in Liverpool's shoes that will want the season to be void.

They should do to others what they would like others to do to them.

Make sure you can read and understand before jumping into a conversation. I am saying the organizers decide the outcome if it's to be replayed,Start from where it stops or take the result as it was before the match was abandoned. This is from IFAB.
