Definitely not naive enough or too simple minded as to take everything I'm told at face value, without exploring all the possibilities. Autopsies are there to clear one's name in cases like that. Something similar actually happened to a relative of mine. The guy died of natural causes in his sleep & an autopsy was conducted, revealing the cause of death. We're not all ignorant now

2ndly, it could have been a sex game gone too far, it happens quite often because a lot of people are into throttling for reasons known to them. This guy needs to tell the truth or demand that an autopsy be done, to clear his name.

I'm still doubtful about the authenticity of this story though.
