That's an already existing land being developed... And as theenchanter already said, Tatu city is more like an industrial park....

Nigeria has industrial estates scattered everywhere... apparently,Kenya is just catching up ..

Tatu city is not just an industrial park, you should know better than to take theenchanter seriously. Kenya has never been catching up on Nigeria in anything, it's actually the other way around.
