well I don’t know but the truth it’s hard to get original Apple certified battery unless u get it from iCloud lock phone. Or if u are in lagos u can visit Apple certified stores and service centers they will have it

i am having this battery issue but it says on my phone my warranty expires 2021, does that mean they must help me out since its still under warranty?

My iPhone started with a unique issue recently. Which is, it’s only my chrome and WhatsApp data that can be activated. If I try to turn on other apps data. Once I leave the setting page, the data will go off.
It has been happening for weeks now. I can’t use other apps online till now. Any tip? Apart from flashing my phone

you can reset all settings without losing any data(picture, music,video,apps) on your iphone
so why not try that method
go to settings, scroll down to reset and reset all settings

go to system preference, click on security & privacy , under general you should see and option that says , allow apps downloaded from: , now click on the checkrain app you downloaded as if you want to install it, it will then appear under that all apps downloaded from option: click open anyways by the side , and you are good to go..

I did, it didn’t accept my unlock code. Don’t know why. Once I try my normal code which I use to lock the phone. It will bounce back and tell me to attempt after 15 mins or so

probably the battery has bn changed. Replace the battery and if u can it won’t be a bad idea to get a portable power bank or battery case

depends on location and status of the phone. But yes your warranty should cover that

Oops, I understand the tfare taking a toll on ur spendable cash part, but I don't work sir, I'm a business guy, with business at 2 opposite ends of lagos that doesn't require my being there all the time, so ajah is one of such locations, so my movement is anywhere belle face and I don't think any office person can tag along cos somedays I leave house 11, comot biz place 2pm other days, or when I used to be single I just play around and leave 11pm at night so tagging along no fit work for office person cos of my own timing is just unpredictable to even me

I think I've heard of some arrangement where buses picks office guys at specific times to and fro different locations at affordable rates, u might want to put you ears down or better still find a means to raise cash for rent on the island, pays more in the long run

Hi..please I mistakenly deleted a number from ma phone..so i did a restore yesterday.i saw d number back yesterday after restoring buh d funniest thing is that the number is no where to be found again today ..and I noticed I can’t find of my music I downloaded b4 restoring buh if i use d search icon through file.. i will see it but unable to play it..i jex dey confused here

before u do that pls make sure u confirm the icloud is off. and u can actually unlock it if u have laptop and a good internet

when u do a restore u are simply restoring the files in ur backup and replacing the ones on ur phone. and when u do restore ur music dont restore back so u have to download them again. as for ur contacts try making use of icloud its safer and convenient
