I think I understand the confusion here. France is the capital of artists' world. Won't be surprised if Picasso is featured in a movie about about art anywhere in the world. But a movie exclusively about french artist, I doubt Picasso would feature because, he is not a age contemporary to any of the French greatest and famous artist.
He didn't just lived in France, he passed away there too.

i snapped a picture of my 42 inch LG flatscreen and posted it...

seankafor teased me by saying that it looks like a tv from the 90s....

i jokingly responded that he should respect my OLED LG smart tv, and to make sure everyone understood that i was joking, i posted a picture of the exact model of my LG flatscreen along with my response ...

but i got distracted and posted a picture of another model instead....

i realized my error and rectified it by posting the intended picture, but unfortunately someone has already quoted the post with the wrong picture....

as you can see from the screenshot below, seankafor quoted the rectified post. he knew i was joking.

It something like a Fantasy cos he met this many great artists, he basically time-travelled to 1900s every midnight he took a walk in Paris...
