If you are looking for a common link between Inverter, CCs and Battery, check out the Vtewarehouse website if you have a US or foreign IP and are able to ship to Nigeria from North America or Europe

Locally you can buy the Victron Lynx In for a pro solution but a bit pricey. In my experience, it could break if you tighten too much.

My preference is the local copper bar, suitably rated for your specific application - should carry 150% of the higher of your max standalone load amps or standalone charge amps without getting warm.

You will want to pretty up an install with a local bus bar and insulate positive and negative from accidental shorts.

If your goal is to link LFP cells together, then copper tape would work for you. Same rules on sizing to carry max amps apply

If the dstv power input is 12v, it should work.
It is advisable to unplug while charging, it may tolerate up to 13.5v but I don't know of 14.5v.

Pic attached is the kind of detailed information you are able to get out of the PylonTech BMS, detailed data on each cell and each battery module within the stack - capacity, voltage, temperature, number of cycles e.t.c

I have also since found that it is very possible to use the smart PylonTech battery with a not so smart inverter so long as you can set your low voltage disconnects and charge limits properly - the average inverter will not put out enough amps to hurt the Pylons on a good day and things should be peachy if you stay within the safe voltage limits.

I define a not so smart inverter as one which has no communications /data exchange capability but can accept user defined settings for low battery cut off and max charge voltage.

Independent third party control with ICC and other software is also possible. However, I understand that once the PylonTech starts talking to a smart management system, it will need this 'keep alive' information sent every 10 seconds or so else BMS will shutdown the battery.

My LFP is bundled with Daly BMS which is quite good but doesn't talk to human being ;-) it's one of the reason why my next LFP will be a DIY with a BMS that actually communicates cell info to humans. I earlier shared the ali URL to the specific BMS am looking to get.

Justcallmenuel should be capable.

I eventually got some stuff from the guy. Once he ships the items, guy will not let you rest from call or WhatsApp messages until you declare a receipt of the item. In-between he tries to address hiccups with transport if any comes up.

I think he is dedicated to customer relations, I just hope he keeps it up cos most of 'em start out as impressive but later fall by the wayside.
