I was able to upload just Degree Certificate, O'level, and state of origin certificate...but the space of medical fitness certificate and birth certificate are no where to be found....Please can I go about it

My brother I am in your Shoes. In my own case no space for state of Origin and Medical fitness. I submitted like that though. The national Identity number should provide them the missing informations. My opinion though
