It's good we understand this appeal court ruling. The matter before the appeal court was Adams contesting his removal. Since there is a stay of execution, it means Adams remains the APC chairman. This, the seat is not vacant. Nobody can occupy a seat that is not vacant. This evening's high court ruling is null and void.
