My issue is not even the illegality of the nonsense idea you just expressed but your lack of understanding of a failed state.
Nigeria is by no means a failed state as far as democracy is concerned.
No administration is sitting beyond its legitimate term irrespective political scheming, it means the people are still in control of who rule them and they are given the chance to change them through the ballot when the opportunity presents itself. That alone erases every shortcomings of the nation that might portray it as a failed state
